Internship with Beijing Home Delivery


Job Title:

- Internship with Beijing Home Delivery, SanyuanQiao.


Job Summary:

-A long-term internship with Beijing Home Delivery, Beijing's largest English-language grocery delivery service.

- You'll have the opportunity to work in a wide variety of areas including marketing, customer service, finances, delivery, sourcing, legal and website development. This gives you the opportunity to discover which areas you are most interested in and suitable for. You can then choose to focus on one or two areas, or keep working on a wide variety of projects.

- The work you'll be doing will be essential to our company, with a high level of responsibility. We'll also do our best to reward you generously for any work you do that significantly contributes to the growth of our company. If you're really successful in generating profits from your work then your internship can easily become a full-time for you.

- We do our best to give you as much advice and guidance as possible, both from our General Manager, Ariel, and from the company's founder Richard. This includes advice on: time management, communication skills, teamwork and work management, and your overall career development.

- You'll be working with a brilliant team of international and Chinese people. The primary language is English, with plenty of opportunity to speak Chinese too.

Our Company:

- We're an online shopping company delivering grocery, home and hard-to-find items to English-speaking customers throughout Beijing.

- We're a young company (opened in August 2008) and growing at a rapid rate.

- We're a small company (just 8 people). We're based in SanyuanQiao. We're a modern and dynamic company which means that we try to do things in the smartest way possible.


You should be:

- Available to work with us for at least 3 months, and preferably longer.

- An excellent English speaker. Good Chinese is an advantage but not essential. Well-organized and able to get things done.

- Hard-working and determined to do things as well as possible.

- Confident at communicating with other people, in a clear and professional way.


Salary and Working Times:

- There is no salary for this internship, but we do our best to provide opportunities to earn commission from the work that you do.

- Working times are as flexible as possible. Our company operates every day of the week, from early morning to late evening, but you can choose which times are most convenient for you. You'll also have the option to work from home if you wish to.

Apprenticeship with Beijing Jiayou Group


Job Title:

- Apprenticeship with Richard Bishop, Chairman of Beijing Jiayou Group, SanyuanQiao.


Job Summary:

- A long-term apprenticeship with Richard Bishop, the Chairman of Beijing Jiayou Group, SanyuanQiao.

- This fund has investments in four small but fast-growing companies: Beijing Home Delivery, Sterling Translation, Beijing Goodies, and a China-UK tourism company, as well as several other new projects.

- You would be working with the fund's Chairman on a range of business areas including: business development; marketing; strategy; investment proposals; and financial management.

- You will be given a high level of responsibility from the start and will be generously rewarded for any work you do that generates profits for our fund. If you demonstrate a high level of ability then your apprenticeship can easily be developed into a full-time job.

- You will receive a high level of personal advice from Richard and his colleagues on all aspects of business, including: time management; communication skills; teamwork; work-flow management; marketing; IT skills; entrepreneurship; business planning; and your overall career development.

- The working language is English, giving you a fantastic opportunity to enhance your business English ability.
 

You should be:

- Available to work with us for at least 3 months, and preferably longer.

- An excellent English speaker. Good Chinese is an advantage but not essential. Exceptionally well-organized and able to get things done.

- Very hard-working and determined to be as successful as possible.

- Confident at communicating with other people, in a clear and professional way.

- Available to start by September 1st or sooner.


Salary and Working Times:

- There is no salary for this apprenticeship, but you will be generously rewarded for any work you do that generates profits for our fund.
